Men, masculinities and social welfare

An examination of men and masculinity, which considers the issues involved with both the use of and provision of welfare services by men, and argues that there is a case for restricting their role. The book is intended for undergraduate and postgraduate courses in social work, social policy and gender studies, as well those interested in masculinity within sociology and psychology.
